Overview
This four-week online series is an invitation to slow down attention and let experience complete.
It is inspired by my in-person training offered each May in Bali, a 300-hour program composed of three 100-hour modules: Yoga of Sex, Yoga of Death, and Yoga of Wealth. While this series is lighter and more accessible, it draws from the same foundation of embodied practice, nervous system regulation, and steady attention.
Many people arrive to practice already full. Not overwhelmed in obvious ways, but carrying an accumulation of input that has not had time to settle. Sensation is touched briefly. Stillness is entered and then exited. Attention moves before experience completes.
Over time, this pattern affects vitality, rest, trust, creativity, and the ability to stay present with life as it unfolds.
This series offers a place to pause that momentum.
Through guided movement, breath, stillness, and Yoga Nidra, we work with attention as a physical capacity. We practice staying long enough for experience to finish, allowing energy to gather rather than leak.
What This Series Is?
This is a practice space.
It is not about pushing, performing, or fixing yourself.
It is about learning how to stay.
With sensation.
With breath.
With rest.
With what is already here.
Each week builds gently on the last, supporting coherence in the body and clarity in perception.
Weekly Themes
Week 1: Vital Roots
Working with vitality, sensation, and grounded presence.
Supporting safety in the body so energy can settle rather than scatter.
Week 2: Quiet Release
Practicing letting go through breath, stillness, and rest.
Allowing unfinished experience to soften and complete.
Week 3: Balanced Flow
Exploring circulation and exchange.
How energy moves when attention is steady and the nervous system feels resourced.
Week 4: Whole Presence
Integration of the previous weeks.
Practicing coherence across movement, rest, and daily life.
Each session includes guided practice and time to land quietly at the end.

About the Teaching
I have been teaching yoga for over twenty years and have been offering Sex, Death & Wealth long-form trainings since 2018. My work is grounded in classical yoga, somatic practice, Yoga Nidra, and lived experience.
This series reflects how I am teaching now. With fewer techniques. More attention. More trust in the body’s intelligence when it is given time and space.
