Returning to Attention

This four-week online series is an invitation to slow down attention and let experience complete. It is inspired by my in-person training offered each May in Bali, a 300-hour program composed of three 100-hour modules: Yoga of Sex, Yoga of Death, and Yoga of Wealth. While this series is lighter and more accessible, it draws from the same foundation of embodied practice, nervous system regulation, and steady attention.
