Absolutely! The first two weeks of the program are designed as a retreat‚ÄĒa deep immersion into yoga nidra‚ÄĒand are open to anyone interested in experiencing its profound benefits. You're welcome to join us for 2-weeks of this transformative journey, even if you don't intend to pursue teaching certification.

Do I Need to Join All 3 Weeks to Become Certified?

Yes, to receive your 150-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher Certification, you must participate in all three weeks of the immersion and training. Weeks 1 & 2 are designed to guide you through the direct experience of yoga nidra, establishing a strong foundation for your teaching journey. These weeks count towards your certification hours. After immersing yourself in profound inner stillness and silence for two weeks, you'll be fully prepared for week 3, where you'll learn the methodology and art of teaching yoga nidra.

WEEK 1:

FOUNDATIONS, INNER HEALING & SELF-LOVE

(Open to all)

Building a strong foundation in Yoga Nidra practice, grounding and protecting energy, addressing stress and insomnia, cultivating self-awareness, and fostering inner healing.
 
Daily Yoga Nidra Sessions:
 

Day 1: Introduction to Yoga Nidra (Including Energy Protection & Grounding): Basic techniques, body scan, breath awareness, settling into relaxation, establishing energetic boundaries, and connecting with the earth.

Day 2: Divine Perception: Opening to higher awareness, expanding consciousness, and connecting with inner wisdom.

Day 3: Intention, Affirmation & Prayer: Setting clear intentions, using affirmations for positive change, and exploring the power of prayer.

Day 4: Pranic Healing & Pain Relief: Activating the body's natural healing abilities, releasing pain and tension, and promoting relaxation.

Day 5: Releasing Judgment: Cultivating self-compassion, letting go of self-criticism, and embracing acceptance.

Day 6: Sleep Deeply: Promoting restful sleep, releasing sleep disturbances, and creating a peaceful nighttime routine.

Day 7: Rest Day - Free time to explore, integrate, relax, or participate in optional activities.

 

Daily Yoga Practice: Gentle stretches, restorative poses, and intuitive movement to complement the Yoga Nidra practice.

Expanding your Yoga Nidra practice, exploring emotional release and forgiveness, delving deeper into spiritual dimensions, and integrating insights for personal transformation.

 
Daily Yoga Nidra Sessions:

Day 8: Chakra & Hormonal Blueprint: Balancing the energy centers of the body, understanding your hormonal blueprint, and harmonizing your inner systems.

Day 9: Inner Child: Connecting with your inner child, exploring playful expression, and healing emotional wounds from childhood.

Day 10: Acceptance & Forgiveness: Releasing resentment, practicing forgiveness towards self and others, and embracing compassion.
 
Day 11: Habits, Addiction & Behavior: Understanding the patterns of habits and addiction, and using Yoga Nidra to create positive change.
