YOGA NIDRA FOR CLARITY RECORDING

Today we explored a 2-hour Yoga Nidra journey centered on clarity, not as something to search for, but as something that gently reveals itself when we soften and allow life to be exactly as it is. From this place of acceptance, clarity can quietly arise, without effort.
We moved slowly through simple hatha yoga and mudras, inviting the body to feel safe and supported, and allowing the nervous system to settle.

From there, we entered Yoga Nidra… a deeply restorative state of conscious rest, often described as transformational sleep, where the mind can rest and the deeper wisdom within has space to speak.

I always share from my heart in gratitude for my teachers ahead of me, and also for the 25-year journey yoga has offered me. This has been a path that has continually brought me back to myself, and to clarity, in the most gentle of ways. I also acknowledge the shared longing many of us carry… arriving with questions about life, direction, relationships, or simply a desire to feel more at ease…Also how Yoga Nidra holds us with compassion, without asking us to have anything figured out.
