Hatha Flow

 Opens with a heart-felt theme, invocation mantra and dedication – followed by an all level sequence of yogic breathing, warm ups, twists, forward bends, standing poses, backbends, inversions, pranayama and a 12 minute Shavasana.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique done laying down that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. What to expect: Introduction, 5 minutes of gentle stretching, 45 minute Yoga Nidra done laying down on a cozy nest of blankets and cushions followed by 5 minutes of integration.
